Inspired by crystal violet, a Chinese herbal extract used for healing, the band’s name represents their hopes of curing heartbroken souls through music.

We visited the group in their home town Beijing and followed them on a trip to Tokyo to find out more about the creative process behind the single “GOLDIE”.
